Mary Szybist Shortlisted for the National Book Award

In other spectacular news, one of the National Book Award finalists in poetry is a past Meridian contributor! Mary Szybist’s nominated book, Incarnadine, is her second collection of poems and was published by Graywolf Press. “The Troubadours, etc.,” which first appeared in Meridian 19, is among the poems in featured in Incarnadine.
